Bill, Gil and the rest of the staff have always given me reliable service and great advice! Recently a tire vendor felt I had big issue with my rear differential on a 2018 Cadillac CTS and when I took it in, the guys found out the repairs would be almost $7k! Instead of scaring me into getting the service (I’m a single professional without any car knowledge and I trust them implicitly) I was treated like a “friend of the family” and they recommended that I instead not fix it and get rid of it for scrap. That honesty was invaluable. On top of all that, they did not charge me for the diagnostic testing and paid for an Uber to come to my home so I could get my car. It was nice to be taken care of so well when I received such crummy news!

Oil change, and to readdress Noise on my little Toyota Corolla was seamless As expected! Recommended some maintenance Items that had caught the techs eye during inspection Of vehicle. One of the items could have resulted In a fix it ticket. I was glad to scratch that item off the List . My battery had corrosion on hold down bracket and terminals . I've cleaned those over and over the past 2 years. Battery was taken back to where I purchased it in 2020 . The vendor was informed of the corrosion and will swap out the battery for free .
