I called Superior Auto Clinic on a Monday, and they scheduled my appointment for Wednesday. I was able to bring my car in on Tuesday afternoon so that I wouldn't have to be there early in the morning! Not long after I got home, I received a call and I was told that my car was already in the shop and had been inspected. They also gave me the cost of the service! The technician found out where the part that needed replacing was located under the dash and that a part was available the next day! On Wednesday afternoon I received another call that the part was installed and the car was ready for pick-up. The price out the door was the same as the one I was quoted the day before. I highly recommend this shop!

We had a problem with my sons car where the key would not turn once inserted into the ignition. I assumed we would have to replace the entire ignition cylinder, which would have been a significant cost. Superior figured out that the problem was actually a small piece of metal in the cylinder, costing us much less. Another story of honesty: my daughters car wouldn't start. I assumed it was a problem with the fuel pump, so we had it towed to Superior Auto. I assumed we would get a call saying the fuel pump would have to be replaced. The call came in and they told me that the car started fine and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. They gave me the keys back and didn't charge me even for a diagnostic. Superior Auto is super honest and will be using them for all my car repairs!!!
