Automotive Repair in Chico, CA

Called on 1/11/19 at 830am for a quote for repairs. Gilbert told me he is busy and give him an hour or so and he would get back to me. I called him back at 1130am after waiting 3 hours. He tells me sorry its just him and he promises to call me back shortly and just to bare with him. Today is saturday 1/12/19. I never heard back from Gilbert after a promise to call me back. I chose to take my business elsewhere. Im guessing a Ring and Pinion job is out of their skill level hense why I was avoided. Thanks Gilbert.

Superior Auto Clinic is an excellent place to take your car. There are very few automotive repair shops that I've been to that actually remember my name. Bill and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and honest. This is the only place in town that I take my cars. I highly recommend giving them a call for your auto repair needs.

Did not provide oil maintaince due sticker

They were able to completely repair my car the same day that I dropped it off. Gilbert's customer service was excellent and we feel that we had received superior service all the way around. We have a new mechanic!

As new client I really liked Superior's thuroughness. Besides the oil change and thee state mandated services they also checked the HVAC filter in the dash due to the recent Camp Fire. It was filthy and filled with ash. Thanks Superior for checking that filter.
