Automotive Repair in Chico, CA

My truck has an intermittent problem in the comfort controller. The day I took it in for evaluation it worked perfect and the technicians were unable to identify the problem. However, the professionalism and honesty of the Service Advisor, technicians and owner were superb. I will be back when for their help when the weather is hot and the A/C can be more stressed.

Respectful and pleasurable without being stuffy and dry. Hard working mechanics in a spotless shop. Great turn around time and very reasonable rates. We started using Superior about two years ago and have been more happy with them and their work. 5+ stars for these guys!

I had an appointment, didn’t have to wait, they sent smog check directly to DMV. Plus, convenient location with good parking.

first impressions...not the best but willing to give another chance.. Second visit was great..a/c is nice and cold...brrrr..very clean work.. a/c quit and they put in new one no charge...i'm impressed... Fixed my clutch quickly..great guys! oil change was quick and clean... another oil change, good stuff... Another good oil change...
