Automotive Repair in Chico, CA

Fast and friendly service. They gave me a private ride to work while repairs were being done. Did not have to wait for a van like at the dealership and also wait for other passengers to be dropped off. Work was completed within a hour or two vs. a half to full day at a dealership.

I was able to get my car fixed promptly. They were really busy and still were able to get my car in. I am very grateful for their attention and integrity.

Very nice people. But they claimed to install a factory built ignition coil that cost $136.05 but when I looked up the part number on the nearest ford dealership website it turned out to be a $70 part. I’m not sure if the shipping was $66.05 or if they just wanted to see if they could get a way with a couple extra bucks. They did a good job installing it besides the fact that my check engine light is now on when it wasnt before they did their work. I have nothing against the people who run and work at this shop but I personal will take my business elsewhere
