Gilbert at the front desk is very friendly and good at what he does. The rest of the men who work there have fixed my Suburban twice now for non related issues and both times they have done good.

I am a woman and know that when I go to a mechanic I have a Target on my forehead, and a sign on my back that says "kick me". So knowing this I had my new car (after a showdown with a deer) towed to Superior Auto Clinic because it was a AAA recommended mechanic shop. The Service Advisor Mr. Gilbert Hernandez quoted me a job topping $2000 but it would be done the Tuesday after the 4thof July. When he called me to say it was ready (on time) the price was amended to $800 plus dollars and I was stunned. It wasn't as bad as it first appeared. I have NEVER had this happen before. To be sure, he could have made me pay the larger bill and I may never have been the wiser. The shop is clean, busy and very efficient. Also professional and HONEST!! Thank you Superior Auto Clinic with all my heart.
