Great customer service from true professionals..

But I love about Superior is that they are always on time to take care of your car when you bring it in. Its easy to make an appointment. I brought it in one time because I thought there was something going on with my brakes and they ended up calling me and telling me that I just had a lot of dust in the brakes no charge and I was able to pick up my car right away. I also like that you can always get a ride too or back from your car and like I mentioned earlier, they couldve said something was wrong with my breaks but they were honest and forthright and telling me that there is no charge and also that it was just dust. I would highly recommend them to everyone that I know in fact, I do recommend them to everyone I know.

I took my 2010 RX350 to Superior for a free brake inspection. I was told my brake pads were in good shape and didnt need to be replaced. However, they did notice my brake fluid was low and extremely dirty. They recommended it be replaced. I appreciate the quality work of Superior and their honesty. I highly recommend Superior Auto for all your auto repairs!

Benny is the most courteous and pleasant behind the counter guy in all of the State. He didn't treat me like an old lady who didn't know the pickup. He is an excellent example of a fantastic employee. Benny was someone I felt I could trust to be honest. The job was done quickly and not at an exuberant cost. I was referred to Les Swab as the steering couldn't be handled there. This was my first encounter with Superior Auto Clinic and I couldn't be happier.

Granddaughter was visiting for the weekend. She was leaving to drive 300 miles home when her engine starting shaking. Called Benny at 11ish and he got me in at 1. Car was fixed and she was on her way by 4:30. Was a defective ignition coil. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE...👍
