I took my 2010 Lexus RX 350 to the local Lexus Dealer for an oil change in April 2025. At the time, I was told I needed to have my left front boot repaired and control arm bushings replaced. I was quoted a price of nearly $900 to repair the boot. I stopped by Superior one afternoon and was impressed by the quality of their facility. Superior informed me they could do the job for nearly $200 less and that would entail replacing the left front axle. When I got home, I looked for a flyer that Superior had sent in the mail. The flyer had a coupon that gave $50 off for any repair in a particular repair price range. When I arrived for my appointment, I presented the coupon and $50 was taken off the price I was quoted for the repair. I should note that Superior warrants their work for 3 years or 36,000 miles. The mechanic who did the repair found nothing wrong with my control arm bushings. So Superior saved me an additional $1,900 that the dealer had quoted me for unnecessary repairs.
